Thomas M. Fountain & Associates, PLLC to offer New Continuing Education Course for Texas Residential & Commercial Property Insurers
As a certified provider through the Texas Department of Insurance, Thomas M. Fountain & Associates, PLLC is excited to announce that we are now offering a new Continuing Education course geared towards Texas Residential and Commercial Property Insurers. This program focuses on assisting Insurance Adjusters to give them the tools needed to understand current trends in Texas First Party Property/Bad Faith litigation.
Set in the comfort of your own conference rooms, our three hour course offers a unique opportunity to learn from an “in the trenches” perspective of First Party Property/Bad Faith lawsuits in Texas. Insurers will find our material specifically tailored to teach the adjusters the Plaintiffs Bar’s strategies and damage models which will allow them to more effectively handle their claims.
The adjusters will be expected to pull knowledge from this CE program to create for themselves a better understanding of the actual practices in the litigation environment. This will allow a more effective knowledge of the environment in Texas of adjusting of First Party Property/Bad Faith claims arising out of Catastrophe Events including windstorm, hail, and fire. This curriculum includes an in-depth immersion into the necessary strategies involved, recent relevant case law, and a myriad of real world recommendations to deal with the litigation environment.
Please contact us to set up an appointment to discuss scheduling a Continuing Education course for your adjusters.
